We love to come along side local churches to provide education/coaching in the art of church production, particularly lighting and visual aesthetics. The majority of the art of production is a hodge-podge of techniques, rules of thumb, tips and some basic theory which typically has been handed down from one volunteer (or staff member) to another over many years. We build and improve upon this tradition by sharing our knowledge and experience to volunteers and staff through structured training sessions and training materials. Often in this “coaching” relationship, we inventory existing equipment and provide recommendations to harvest existing technology for maximum ministry impact.

We’re big on light. We love to help churches take inventory of existing gear and suggest a plan of action to create maximum impact. We can also show up at your location to lead your volunteers through the physical work of hanging a light plot, patching a lighting desk and cueing your first show.
